As a native of the area, I continue to live on, farm, and ranch the very land my grandfather purchased in the 1940s. He instilled in me a deep respect for our community, emphasizing the importance of knowing our neighbors and understanding the land. Through his guidance, I gained a lasting appreciation for how land is best utilized in our region. Now, as a grandfather myself, I take great pride in passing those same values on to my grandchildren.

My involvement in the rodeo circuit, auctioneering, the Cattleman’s Association, and coaching youth Little League has further shaped my commitment to serving the needs of our community. These experiences have provided a strong foundation built on trust, relationships, and local knowledge.

With an Associate’s Degree in Pre-Veterinary studies and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, he brings both practical knowledge and real-world experience to the farm and ranch lifestyle.

Kyle runs over 100 head of his own cattle and working horses and has hands-on experience in team roping, working cow horses, and cow dogs. His strong agricultural background gives him a clear understanding of the needs and challenges faced by landowners, ranchers, and rural property buyers.

In addition to his agricultural experience, Kyle has a solid foundation in business management and sales, with extensive knowledge in distribution, logistics, and manufacturing operations. He also has experience in commercial real estate, as well as luxury home sales and marketing, allowing him to confidently serve a wide range of clients and property types.
